Suzhou Base: Covers an area of 200 mu, 18 sets of aluminum extrusion machine, equipped with surface treatment, complete oxidation line, vertical spraying line, horizontal spraying line, wood grain transfer line, material full load can produce 160 tons, surface treatment oxidation 30 tons, vertical spraying 60 tons, horizontal spraying 30 tons, wood grain transfer 50 tons, high precision milling machine CNC 600*80cm 8 sets, 2m*3m 2 sets, 850*80cm 10 sets; 10 punching machines (CNC is the machine that will process profiles into various precision accessories) are equipped with 500 tons of common European standard industrial assembly line profiles inventory.
2. Jiangxi Base: Covers an area of 100 mu, 8 sets of aluminum extrusion machine per day 70 tons, vertical spraying 60 tons, grain spraying line 30 tons, surface treatment oxidation 20 tons, wood grain transfer 40 tons.
3. Sichuan base: Covering an area of 80 mu, 10 sets of aluminum extruding machines per day 70 tons, vertical spraying 60 tons, wood grain transfer 40 tons.
